DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for all information in the form are filled out at the application of Promo Activity Work Plan (PAW) are correct and in line with existing guidelines and procedures. To control and analyze process verification and validity document claim (product and cash) and make sure there is no double claim and document loss. To monitor the processing of settlement payment, claim of product and cash. Follow up and monitoring claim problem (incomplete internal documents) both from internal and from external complain. Responsible for tracking trade promotion expenditures; investigating documentation; issuing transaction adjustments; clarifying the customer claim or deduction. Proactive to giving idea to marketing and Sales about the effective event or material promo Verification and review of Promo Brief and Closure report per outlet per activity per transaction Conducted Field audit for Sample event and or material promo through visit outlet. Responsibility to perform list of accruals advertising and Promotion of marketing and TPM and submitted to accounting every end of the month before closing. Performing and analyzing the outstanding PAW report and monitoring the balance for Accruals Advertising and Promotion expenses monthly proposed. Analyst and reports the Variance with explanations and breakdown report of Actual Advertising and Promotion expenses compare with budget. Checking accuracy charging expenses in SAP systems. Responsible for all areas relating to Promo Activity Work (PAW) and analyst, including provide the necessary financial information to support management decision. Responsible for monitoring all Claims duties per customer regarding with product and cash from all sub-distribution and all field forces regarding to Sales Dept. and Marketing Dept. activity. Supports Marketing division and Sales Division to provide analysis and insight to support their marketing and Sales strategy. The role will take the lead and or support in the provision of promotional analysis on marketing campaigns, provide forecasts, analyze new product development. Leads the process PAW from start to the end process of Promotion, actively improve the business and also expected to be able to involved in budgeting and forecasting process. The role will take the lead and or support in the provision of promotional analysis to make program effective, control and able to monitor and also able simplify approval process of A&P with proper control. Perform and Review regular Reporting, such as Status Claim Report, Accrual Report, claim report, A/R Report for By Product and by customer, and others report required by Management related with claim and PAW. To analyze Sales performance on value and volume each Distributors, Regional, National, Export and Consolidated every month and year for Beer and Non-Beer for Management.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor majoring in Accounting or Management Having minimum 2 years experience from Big 4 Company Must be able to build a good team work, honest, trustworthy in line with the responsibility Good in interpersonal relating skills Good in analytical, negotiation and communication skills Good in oral and written skills both Indonesian and English An objective person Expert in Computer (MS Office and SAP) especially advance excel, spreadsheet and database program Understanding work with accounting system such SAP, Oracle
