Develop Internal Information System, and Strategic Planning of Technology Implementation.
Project Control and Management as well as Research and Development.
Supervision, advice, corrections during the project timeline, so that it continues to run according to targets and mutual agreements.
Team up with IT Operation Manager, & GM Technology in discussing IT system development strategies, so that they can produce strategic and appropriate decisions.
Ensure that all software development at CBN runs according to the specified timeline, scope, and costs.
Digitalization and Automation transformation within CBN Group.
Ensure the integration of existing systems runs well with new systems and tools. Ensure all staff work according to security procedures, use multiple backups, and safe devices.
Collaborate with IT Operation Manager forming new DevOps Task Force within Technology Division and transform the monolithic system into modular system and cloud-ready architecture.
Partnership Relation with External Software House and Internal CBN Stakeholders.
Ensuring adequate supply and demand of manpower, ongoing knowledge sharing, and developing staff skills.
Report Department activities to GM Technology periodically on official documents.
Prepares a comprehensive monthly, and yearly management reports in budget, business, and operational point of view.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, or any related disciplines.
At least More than 5 years in Digital, Startup, and IT Industry.
Familiarity with ML, AI, data analytics and cyber security.
Have experience in the ISP industry is a point plus.
