DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead an energetic team for performing sales administration tasks and providing customer services, including handle and resolve the inquiries and complaints Recommend and implement strategies to maintain high standards of customers services and smooth operation flow Enforce and drive on initiation for new Projects in operational part and problem solving to manage stakeholders expectations Supervise daily operations and monitor the performance of the teammates Support on operational execution and planning on sales leads assignment on sales information system functions for different teams
REQUIREMENT

Degree holder or above in any disciplines With at least 5 years’ customer services or/and sales experiences preferably in digital media or e-commence industry Knowledge of payment Integration, online media and corporate operation is an advantage Good interpersonal and communication skills, mature, pleasant and organized Ability to analyze problems, issues and make sound logical decisions and plans Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese typing We offer a competitive remuneration package including excellent career prospects to the right candidate.
