DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the heavy equipment and truck industry, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, negotiate contracts, and secure new business opportunities. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand competitor offerings, and stay informed about industry developments. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of account management activities with broader organizational objectives. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and by delivering on promises made to clients. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the heavy equipment and truck industry, with a minimum of [X] years of relevant experience. Deep understanding of heavy equipment and truck markets, including knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
