DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, strategies and roadmap for designated product & channel to achieve business & market share target Manage the product life cycle strategy with clear goal, initiatives, including positioning strategies, compliance and product information Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. Collect the market intelligence and develop competitive analysis Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Operations Division to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing activities Develop KPI to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns on various channel Compile regular reports and participate in ad hoc assignments and projects
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration or related Scientific fields minimum 3 years of experience across Medical / Consumer Health / OTC industry with strong experience & knowledge in pharmaceutical products will be an advantage Proficient in marketing planning, timeline management, multi tasks handling Effective communication and influencing skills including presentation and report writing skills Proficient in spoken and written in Chinese (including Mandarin) and English Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer All applications received will be used exclusively for recruitment purposes only.
