DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
The Assistant Marketing Manager, Hong Kong, would be responsible to support the implementation of 360 marketing campaign, retail marketing, online campaigns, Public Relations/Influencer Marketing engagement, Social Media, etc. to drive awareness, preference and growth for MOMAX brand(s).
• Work closely with the Marketing lead to execute an integrated marketing plan covering the full facet of marketing from retail, digital and Influencers.
• Drive SoMe traffic, brand awareness, customer engagement and increase the leads number through existing marketing channels and online platforms.
• Manage all rounded GTM marketing materials for online channels including website, social media and external on/offline media.
• Monitor performance and results of retail and digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage company social media accounts (e.g Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Youtube) and content write-up, calendar planning, place ads to drive digital marketing KPI.
• Work with internal and external parties to deliver regional contents of high professional standards.
• Explore and evaluate new all rounded marketing channels suitable for our services and market segments, and proactively bring in new ideas and update market trend.
• Execute and manage activities within the marketing budget and continuously track KPIs to ensure ongoing optimization of resources.
REQUIREMENT
• At least 6 years of work experience in related field with a minimum of 3 years in digital marketing
• Degree holder or above in Marketing / Advertising / Business or related discipline
• Able to drive the project by communicating and influencing different level of stakeholders.
• Proven track record in developing local marketing or brand strategies.
• Hands-on experience with GA and Meta Ad Manager is a must.
• At least 5 years working experience in the marketing of electronic consumer products.
• Excellent command in written and verbal English and Chinese.
• Ability to work in detail both independently, collaborative environment & meet tight deadlines.
More experience may be considered as Marketing Manager.
