Handling end-to-end human resources function, especially within operational HR Managing business unit, including the people strategy and programs Focusing and managing people development programs, compensation & benefit, and payroll Maintaining accurate company database and employee data
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience within HR function Previous experience in heavy machinery equipment company Proven track record in handling employee database, payroll, and people development Meticulous and high attention to detail Strong communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English
