DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement HR policies and communicate them effectively to the team. Lead the recruitment and onboarding, offboarding of restaurant staff, including FOH & BOH team members. Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee well-being. Handle employee relations, performance management, grievances and disciplinary actions when necessary. Manage HR systems, data, analytics, and reporting to support effective decision-making. Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance. Maintaining employee database, attendance, turn over, attrition rate Maintaining employee documents and agreement following the standard Supporting industrial relation for rules, regulation and documents Collaborate with the GM HR to plan and execute talent development program and talent acquisition strategies.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with specific experience in F&B Service industry. Thorough knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UUCK) and industry-specific regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to lead and manage HR teams in a F&B Service Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong ethics and a commitment to confidentiality.
