DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for digital roadmap implementation, encompassing ERP, cloud, data, and cybersecurity projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Manage project resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and consultants, to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize disruptions and delays. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project budget and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and resource allocation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, methodologies, and tools. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives. Extensive hands-on experience in managing diverse IT projects, including ERP implementation, cloud migration, data analytics, and cybersecurity. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Proficiency in English.
