Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. Maintain awareness of market trends and monitor competitors Ensure shelves are neat and clean. Ensure stock is available and maintain daily inventory stock. develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns Analyze sales figures and predict future sales. Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning. Handle questions, complaints and feedback from customers Responsible for training store staff, as well as ensuring that they understand their duties Looking for stores and opening new stores in top malls around Jakarta. Prepare materials for promotions and new product launches
