DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor and maintain optimal function of the HRIS, including, maintenance, system implementation. Analyse user requirement and giving effort estimation upon ERP - HRIS capability collaborate with internal team and partner Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics to support of human resources operations. Perform Testing Support, ensure smoothness in Testing and Delivery Analyse the current processes, system implementation and tools to propose and implement improvement to increase efficiency
REQUIREMENT

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, or related field required. At least 2 years working experiences as HRIS Officer Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Extensive business process and functional knowledge
