DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, identifying key market segments, and setting sales goals. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for shuttle and bus transportation services, including geographic expansion and new customer segments. Establish and manage pricing strategies, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability and margin targets Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Build and lead a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Has 5+ experiences in handling commercial sales and 12+ years of total working experience with strong understanding of the B2B, and B2G market in Indonesia. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team. Experience in launching and managing new business initiatives. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Willing to relocate outside Jakarta
