DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Canvas the markets to identify projects and generate sales (both to existing and new clients). Grow the company’s presence in Indonesia. Submit financial and technical proposal to clients as approved by General Manager in Indonesia. Prepare all necessary information for the Project Managers in relation to secured projects. Prepare, submit and execute Sales and Marketing Plans for Indonesia. Ensure the company’s marketing and sales are performed professionally. Negotiations and finalizing sales as per agreement with General Manager in Indonesia. Provide technical advice to clients with support from head office in Europe
REQUIREMENT

5-10 years of technical sales experience within the construction or food industry. Technical background and knowledge within the construction industry. Knowledge of the Food Processing Industry is an advantage. Target- and sales oriented and good negotiation skills. Independent and dynamic: able to find solutions. Exceptional networking skills and with all levels of professionals. High integrity and able to keep information confidential. Ready to travel all over the Indonesia. Excellent English skills (both written and oral). Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
