DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Creative Lead – Digital (Ux) Key Responsibilities • Lead, manage and inspire a team of 4-6 UX and UI designers to deliver on multiple concurrent projects from concept through completion • Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs and establishes overall creative vision and direction for projects undertaken • Accountable for overall project delivery ensuring that projects achieve what is defined in the brief, meets quality standards and is delivered on time • Critically analyze design deliverables from internal teams and external vendors and to provide relevant feedback in order to achieve desired outcomes • Work closely with internal stakeholders and business partners to help shape, define and influence the brief • Engage, present and sell concepts as well as design deliverables to senior management at the VP-level and C-level • Hire and backfill vacated roles whenever necessary
REQUIREMENT

• Undergraduate degree in Fine Arts, HCI or other design-related fields • Experience leading a client facing project from start to finish • Ability to balance design aspirations with business strategy and objectives • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Experience with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch • Experience with prototyping software such as Marvel, InVision, JustInMind • Experience with motion graphics software such as After Effects, Pixate, Origami • Understanding of technology and technical limitations is a plus • Experience working in an agency is a plus To Apply: • Please send your latest word CV to resume@quinnox-solutions.com • We regret only shortlisted candidates will be informed
