DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Check that customs data and paperwork are completed and accurate in line with local, transit and destination regulatory requirements
Ensure that FTA (Free-Trade Agreement) documents are acceptable in customs of local, transit and destination countries
Ensure timely entry and submission of import data into the system and export documents and paperwork to Customs at exportation
To comply with customs regulations at all times
Investigation of service failures and take preventive measures.
Harmonized system code validation
Coordination and liaising with internal and external party to ensure smooth activities
Ad-Hoc mission and activities in warehousing, expedition, transport
REQUIREMENT
Min Diploma in any discipline
Experience in Custom operation and Permit declaration will be advantageous.
Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills with the ability to work well at all levels.
