Provide reports to support the needs of employee data in the Company
Managing Performance Appraisal database of all employees for renewal, termination of employment, employee transfer (promotion or demotion or mutation) and annual performance appraisal.
Making the administration of employee movement (promotion or demotion or mutation) on request from related Division.
Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions for all positions.
Selection and interviews of outstanding employees recommended by supervisors for promotion.
Supervise and evaluate job assignment of proposed employees in accordance with the target and time period specified.
Manage employee engagement employee surveys by creating and disseminating questionnaires to employees and reporting the results of the survey.
