DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1 )Preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
2 )Prepare monthly cash flow forecast to General Manager.
3 )Liaise with company's auditors/ secretary, tax agents, bankers on the issues of financial account, taxation and bank facilities aspect.
4 )Manage and oversee the daily financial operations.
5)Ensure company's financial accounting reports, tax and other related functions are in accordance with corporate governance and legal statutory.
6 )Responsible in the preparation of annual budget/ financial plan.
7 )Assure that work practice are in guideline of GMP/ ISO 9001 standards.
8 )Set up the Departmental SOP.
9 )To undertake any other duties as when required from time to time by the management.
REQUIREMENT
1) Good communication and written skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
2) Strong interpersonal and organization skills.
3) Minimum of 3 years’ experience in company full set account.
4) Good in Auto Count accounting system and MS Office.
5) Must possess at least LCCI Higher/ Diploma in Accounting.
6) Must be willing to work in Kota Damansar
