DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support, troubleshoot, and resolve end user problems relating Remote support, VPN and computer hardware/software issues. Install and configure new end-user workstations and laptops, and install hardware/software upgrades Creating and maintaining documentation to support all technology in the region Conduct capacity planning, system performance analysis and optimization, introduce improvements and enhancement to existing infrastructure. Participate and manage projects for rollout of new hardware/software, office expansions, new offices, etc Lead and support IT projects and feasibility study into innovative and proven technology that can bring agility, enhance security, and improve efficiency and users’ experiences of IT services. Assess the technical, cost and schedule implications arises from change in architecture and design. Mandatory working experience in JP1 ITDM and SharePoint administration.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Degree in IT or its equivalent Must be able to demonstrate strong understanding of hands-on skills in the area of TCP/IP inter networking. Strong knowledge and skillsets in Cisco networking, FTP, NAT, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Exchange and SharePoint Knowledge of IP-VPN and MPLS networks and setup Strong knowledge in proxy server and firewalls Ability to express thoughts and complex IT solution clearly and in a simplified manner to be understood by non-IT users. Must be able to multitask Able to travel occasionally
