DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist, advice and educate customer on accounts and their shipping profiles in order to make reliable customer accounts. Monitor and obtain existing customer accounts commitment based on agreement in order to gain revenue Review and discuss all reports with AM/Sales Manager in order to improve revenue Coordinate internally and externally with PIC at each department and supporting group in order to leverage service value, account penetration, and resolve problem. Prepare and present documents needed to handle existing customer Accounts.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in business or related. Minimum 1 years sales experience preferably in express, freight forwarding or airlines industry. Strong command of English (both written and verbal). MS office and computer literacy Having knowledge of express, freight forwarding and distribution industry would be an advantage. Strong planning, organizing, negotiation and presentation skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical Skills.
