DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage key clients and cultivate strong working relationships with the assigned key customers to drive customer satisfaction and profit growth
Responsible for managing clients within specific industries to build expertise and be trusted advisors
Identify and develop business opportunities, follow up on sales/marketing related leads and handle client relationship
Sell and promote our services and solutions to the corporate clients
Provide solutions through face to face visits, accounts review and reporting, product forums and other account management activities
Achieve monthly sales target by formulating sales planning and strategies
Manage negotiations and resolving challenges in a skillful way with clients
Address clients and sales’ feedback to key support functions such as Product and Trade Marketing
Promote company brand name and corporate image
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or related disciplines
1-2 years of business development or account management experience preferred
Excellent in negotiation, client management skills and organizational skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Including Mandarin and Cantonese) is a must
Be passionate and be able to work in a start-up and fast paced environment with tight deadline
Self-motivated, proactive and can work independently
