DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Preparing and delivering lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning. Making students understand what they learned, observe and evaluate students’s performance and progress. Assessing students and reporting their progress every semester. Engaging parents and creating healthy relationships with students and other school members.
REQUIREMENT

Enjoy working with adolescent. Preferably S1 graduated from academy or university majoring Arabic language. Fluent both oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia and Arabic. Pleasant attitude (ahlakul karimah). Physically and mentally healthy. Able to work in a team and under pressure. Must have strong communication and presentation skills. Sufficient knowledge of child development and adolescent development as Indonesian language. Good in computer skills. IT literate.
