REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible to develop strategies and its implementation for new sales of products. Responsible sales business activities and achieve target. Responsible for acceptance of products in all customers / end users so that each product gets the best chance in the market. Win new customers with a systematic approach and get understanding and agreement on general terms and conditions. Responsible to support the growth strategies within new sales (budget quotations, order intake, revenue, customer visit) Builds customers relationship from prospecting to closing. Develop and implements marketing plans the sales budget. Business review/ reporting in a structured and professional manner. Responsible for achievement of sales in Semarang area. Review sales achievement and propose activity plans by expanding distributions, improving availability, increasing visibility of potential areas/ channels. Achieve and improve monthly sales target. Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Strong human relations skills, self-driven for taking initiative, team player with good interpersonal skills. Good analytical skills, result oriented, working independently, contribution to team success. Excellent track record in achieving business targets, strategy development and successful execution. Customer focus with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Excellent in networking with external customers and internal stakeholders. High integrity and good work ethics. Minimum work experience in the KITCHEN APPLIANCES for 3 Years. Willing to be placed in Semarang, with future prospect to be assigned in any cities of Indonesia. Familiar with data and know how to use it as decision based. Maximum Age 36 Years Old. Bachelor's degree or above in any field. At least three years of team management experience. Willing to mobile, as coverage area. Preferably own transport. Proficient in written & spoken English. Computer skills: Microsoft Office. Willing to join immediately.
