Support in providing integration FAQ during partner development. Perform partner configuration pre-test on the Staging server and check the test scenarios before doing UAT. Perform UAT testing (inter-staging testing) with billers as necessary, according to standardized scenarios provided by billers and technical team to ensure the system is working properly. Review the partner's UAT results after the partner has tested in accordance with Alterra's standard scenarios. Create Biller and partner configuration, pre-test documents and check test scenarios before doing TO (Pilot test production). Perform TO testing (testing between production servers) with billers and partners according to standard scenarios provided by billers and technical team to ensure the system is running well. Review partner's TO results scenario after the partner has completed pilot test production Submit Biller & Partner integration handover to relevant stakeholder. Analyze issues and questions received from the Customer Care T2 team to identify recurring problems and propose solutions for improvement. Review T2 incident data for trends and issues and look for opportunities to improve and reduce incident frequency.
