Senior Sales Administration
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for creating accurate sales forecasts and monthly sales reports. Conduct analysis on sales data to provide insights and identify trends for management decisions. Handle and process all architect fee payments, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate. Calculate and manage costing related to projects, ensuring all costs align with company budgets. Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth processing of reports, fees, and cost calculations.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Maximum age is 32 years old Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Having minimum 3 years experience, preferably in sales administration or sales support. Attention to detail, responsible and able to work under pressure. Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret sales figures. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel Willing to be located in Medan
