Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Possess Bachelor's degree in any major from reputable University. Preferably has minimum 2 years of experience as Trainer, Learning & Development or Training consultant. Has experience in managing online or offline training for mass position training will be a good plus (i.e providing training for customer service, collection, sales agent). Tech savvy, experience with Learning Management System (LMS) and Microsoft Office. Familiar with training design and experienced to develop learning materials based on learning syllabus. Good communication skill both verbal and written in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Preferably current domicilie or willing to relocate to Medan.
