Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role (Min 1 year in MT, GT, or Distributor acquisition in homeware and kitchenware). Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales techniques, and business strategies. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools for lead management and tracking. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing market conditions. Have a personal vehicle.
