1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry. 3. Great knowledge in Distributor & Consignment Operational System 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers. 5. Analytical mindset with the ability to manage sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to drive business growth. 6. Ability to analyze report & result oriented 7. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans. 8.
