Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards. Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return. Evaluates and makes appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes ensuring that practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization. Provides financial projections by coordinating budget/forecast preparation; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial information; advising departments on the collection and analysis of data. Manage and oversee internal and external audit processes.
