Identify and analyse HR needs in line with business strategy. Ensure HR capacity is able to support the Company's business changes and transitions. Collaborate with users in making decisions that support all HR-related activities, such as recruitment, relocation, promotion, training programmes, career development, succession planning, etc. Ensure HR policies and procedures within the organisation are in line with the needs, target values, and objectives of the Company. Participate in monitoring, evaluating, and implementing programmes run by the Division as user. Analyse data on emerging trends and challenges in the business, the factors that influence them and seek solutions to overcome them.
Maximum 35 years old Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree, all majors preferably Psychology and HR Management Preferably with 3-5 year experience in same field Attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication skill and teamwork, Integrity, Profesionalism, Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Planning & Organizing, Good in English both Speaking and Writing Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powepoint and Visio) Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta
