Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HRGA Staff with expertise in managing HR functions, payroll, tax matters, and legal compliance Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of developing effective proposals Upper-intermediate proficiency in English Experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) or Japanese company is preferred
