Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related field from reputable university. Have minimum 3 years of experience in organizational development Preferably have experience in a Construction / Contractor company. Understand the basic concepts of organizational development, such as organizational change models, organizational design, and organizational culture development. Able to work independently and in a team. Have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Have good data analysis skills.
