Handle full of HR activities which include manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and talent management, training and development, discipline and any other related HR services. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Review and revise HR functions (SOP) Ensure that HR process including performance management system are aligned with business goals Evaluate and monitor the implementation of company's policy and regulation Manage employee career development and succession planning.
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent. At least 5 years of working experience as Learning & Development or People Development Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft and Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Systems (HRIS). An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability Good in Managerial Team, Leadership, Negotiation and Communication Skill. Understand UU Cipta Kerja & UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Tahun 2003
