Finance Business Partner
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation and closing of revenue. Prepare comprehensive master data reports for business users, segments, and subsidiaries. Generate detailed revenue reports for management, providing insights to support strategic decisions. Support business users and subsidiaries with financial data requirements and ensure data integrity. Provide actual vs. budget reports and handle ad-hoc reporting requests as needed. Collaborate with business units and subsidiaries to resolve revenue-related issues and ensure alignment.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Partner or Business Analyst, preferably within a finance function. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively. Critical thinker with excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
