Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a high-performance sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B & B2G sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives. Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and key accounts for penetration and growth. Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge for successful B2B selling. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, understanding their business needs and challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of products or services to clients. Implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of B2B sales initiatives. Regularly analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth. Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies for B2B products or services. Provide valuable insights from the field to contribute to product development and enhancement. Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches aimed at the B2B market.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Minimum Bachelor degree in any major (preferably majored in Law, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant major) Min. 5 years of experienced as leader in establishing, developing and managing B2B & B2G sales environment. Experienced handle team English skil (verbal & written) is a must Proven track record of achieving sales target Proven track record in penetrating new markets and in growing sales and market share exponentially. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
