Propose control and optimization of costs to enhance company profitability. Optimize accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processing flows. Manage financial risks effectively. Liaise with both external and internal auditors. Prepare and present company business reports. Connect with other departments to discuss finance-related problems. Lead and manage team, conducting performance evaluation. Collaborate with IT and other departments to customize software according company needs.
