Ensure the business solutions strategy aligns with the organization’s long-term goals, driving growth in enterprise and home market segments. Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop competitive business solutions that provide a unique value proposition. Design and implement customer service assurance processes, ensuring customer tiering levels and quality benchmarks are met or exceeded. Lead efforts to streamline and enhance customer support operations, focusing on improving response times, issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction. Ensure interoperability between business solutions and customer support services, facilitating a seamless end-to-end customer experience. Establish continuous feedback loops with customers to enhance service delivery and develop proactive support models that anticipate customer needs.
