Responsible for supporting end to end recruitment process Assist with all internal and external HR related matters Manage insurance for employees (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) Operate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and recapitulate employee presence Responsible for handling payroll
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or equivalent Familiar and have good knowledge of psychological tests (DISC, PAPI Kostick, and IST) Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to type quickly and able to make designs for HR events Having good communication skill as well as interpersonal skill Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and ready to join immediately
