Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Increase the company's product or service sales through effective selling, building business networks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop action plans to boost sales. Build strong and sustainable relationships with corporate clients. Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and ensure client satisfaction. Negotiate sales agreements to achieve established sales targets. Close sales transactions and ensure a smooth sales process until completion. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management. Analyze sales data and provide recommendations for strategy improvements

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

A Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales is required. Experience in B2B sales is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. Sales Corporate Retail The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities.
