Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law. Have minimum 6 years experience in Human Resource field. Have experience on handling Recruitment Process (Sourcing, Interview, Onboard, Recruitment Report, Newcomer Database Monitoring), Compensation & Benefit Have experience on handling Organizational Development, People Development, SOP & KPI. Have experience in industrial relation and external relation will be advantage. Detail oriented, multitasking, and have a good communication. Proficient in using Ms Office (especially excel system.) Experience on using HRIS will be advantage. Can join as soon as possible. Fluent In English
