Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Lead the end-to-end implementation of HRIS systems. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure system functionality and data integrity. Develop user guides and provide training to HR staff. Analyze and optimize HR processes through the HRIS.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS, preferably within the banking sector. Proven track record in setting up HRIS systems. Proficiency in DarwinBox, Sunfish, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and project management abilities.
