Responsible for end to end payroll process Handle compensation, benefit employee by system (HRIS) and manual Having knowledge about income tax (PPh 21), Salary structure, Labor law, Actuary, BPJS, Insurance Ensure all payroll payment transactions are processed efficiently
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Maximum 35 years old Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance (mandatory) Having minimal 3-5 years experience in the related field in required for this position Required skills: Payroll, BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, UU Cipta Kerja, and Familiar with HR Information System is a must Proficient using Ms. Excel (Intermediate/advanced level) & experience in using payroll software Preferably have an experience in the field of accounting/finance or equivalent Willing to be agile, and tight deadline
