At least 3-5 years of experience in network engineering, with demonstrated experience in low-level design for large-scale network transformation projects Proven experience in network engineering and design, with a focus on low-level design (LLD) for telecommunication environments Strong knowledge of network technologies and protocols (e.g., IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VPN) Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) Experience with network automation tools and software-defined networking (SDN) is a plus Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification required Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment Fluent in English (written and spoken) Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage Experience working in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable
