Design and develop annual financial plans, analyzing and forecasting resources needed. Manage group liquidity, ensuring smooth banking operations. Supervise inter-company financial transactions, including borrowings and dividend payments. Analyze and recommend alternative financing structures, considering cash flow, balance sheet, and tax implications. Oversee cash and debt management, including forecasting and compliance with banks' covenants. Manage financial risk related to treasury operations, including foreign exchange rate management. Conduct annual reviews of financial control systems and procedures. Monitor and supervise the finance/treasury team, ensuring skill development. Lead annual budgeting and planning processes. Analyze and present financial reports accurately and timely. Communicate monthly and annual financial statements clearly. Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
