Create business proposals for new business opportunities. Responsible for effective on-boarding of new customers. Able to hunt & approach both air freight business and ocean freight business. Responsible for finding the right target customers in the industry the company is focused on. Provide up-to-date information related to customer activities. Able to understand customer needs regarding logistics, as well as sell the right solution and demonstrate value to customers. Provide high standards of customer service consistently and continuously. Organize and record financial transactions to minimize the possibility of outstanding payments. Other tasks as assigned.
Hold min. Diploma's degree. Min. 2-3 years of working experience as Sales Freight Forwarding. Conversational English proficiency. Familiar with working with target. Have a good track record and proven in the field of Sales Freight Forwarding. Good negotiation and communication skill. Having experience in projects will be an advantage.
