Record and manage PO accurately. Input PO data into the Mabang ERP system. Execute warehouse stock movements in the ERP system for the distributor. Maintain and handle sales reports provided by the distributor, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Generate and organize delivery instructions for dispatched PO. Cultivate and nurture client relationships for effective communication. Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding repeat orders. Reach out to potential customers, presenting and negotiating product offerings. Monitor and track Focalskin product prices on various marketplaces. Processing orders from customers includes checking stock of goods and managing all incoming payments
Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in the beauty and skincare industry Maximum age of 28 years Honest and detail-oriented Proficiency in English is a plus Responsible and highly interested in marketing sales Quick to adapt to new things and enjoys challenges Proficient in computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets)
