Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of sales deals, from initial concept to project delivery. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior leadership. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, manage the sales cycle, and close deals effectively to meet revenue goals.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within the construction, sports facility, or related industry. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the sports construction industry, including trends in facility design, construction methods, and materials. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
