Enhancement system for business improvement Provide support to business units / parties in need by analyzing IT problem categories (support or project), coordinating and carrying out follow-up and resolving delegated IT issues Running an IT project as a coordinator by analyzing the IT project scope, compiling a timeline, collecting business process needs, getting a User Acceptance Test (UAT), going live, doing follow-up for acceptance documents to the related business unit, making progress reports, check the blueprint documentation and configuration to make sure the IT project is running well Implement IT project realization by creating a blueprint document as a reference in the process and implementation, configuring the system, making additional programs if needed (Add-On) according to user directions, conducting training for users / businesses, making scenario test documents for handover receive the results and do support after the go live phase as a function of IT support
