Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Set sales goals and KPIs for the team, and monitor progress regularly. Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry trends. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events. Handle key account management, ensuring a high level of customer retention. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and market share goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in industry IT. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing a sales team. Experience in managing large client accounts and closing high-value deals.
