Sales Executive, Asst. Sales Manager Main purpose of the Role: To find new customers and develop existing customer relationships & achieve assigned monthly annual sales target. Key area of accountability: To improve sales performance via sales visit, cold call and email introduction, to ensure achieve assigned target. To assist and support Indonesia sales team. Job Description: Achieve monthly sales target. Sales visit & cold call to expand new contacts and new customers, maintain relationships with existing customers. Handle full sales process and update CRM. Generate report and update quotation follow up status and sales result. Ad hoc duties assigned Sales Support Main purpose of the role: To handle & provide support in sales, to achieve team sales target. Key areas of accountability: To take responsibilities & handle all enquiries, coordination, orders. To achieve assigned sales target for the allocated territories. Job Description: Handle from RFQ, Quotation, Order Conversion, Order Processing, Shipment To responsible for timely quotation submission and closing of orders To make sure delivery of service is always on time and achieve customer excellence To ensure good/ services are place timely and deliver within the customer requirement To handle & solve feedback raised by customer, and ensure customer satisfaction To maintain customer/Vendor relationships through constant communication Ad hoc duties assigned
