Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Informatics. Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure (Computer Storage, Networking). Experience with basic OS operations (Windows, Linux). At least 3 years of work experience in a related field is required for this position. Good knowledge of routing and switching protocols, IP protocols (TCP/IP), VPN, Firewall, WAF, Load Balancer, IPS, DNS, anti-DDoS, and endpoint security protection (MikroTik/Palo Alto/FortiGate). Knowledge or experience in cloud infrastructure and networking is a plus. Ability to see tasks through to completion with minimal supervision. Willingness to work outside of regular hours for project execution, troubleshooting, and standby requirements. Ability to work under pressure and learn new things quickly. Able to work both independently and in a team. Good communicator, with a positive personality and strong work motivation. Hold an IT Network Certification. Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule. Hold a valid driver’s license (SIM A). Possess MTCNA and CCNA certifications.
